Summary:
↩Seeking a positive, highly motivated, detail-oriented Client Services Team member with customer service experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and ability to take projects from start to finish. Split role that handles incoming phone calls and emails from correctional facility staff, resident family members and business partners for the purpose of support, as well as on-site repair, troubleshooting, installing and training on and around our correctional commissary banking systems, software and hardware. Due to the wide range of differences between customers and partners, tasks outside of the above listed scope are common and can vary. Positive, collaborative attitude and highly polished professional communication skills are required.

Responsibilities:

- Will work directly with clients gathering financial & software information/needs. ↩
- Ability to work directly with clients training them on our systems during or after conversions. ↩
- Direct communication with our clients to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. ↩
- Work regularly with the Client Services Team to understand consistent issues and working towards a timely resolution. ↩
